What’s inside Blue Moon Milk?
Blue Moon Milk benefits come from an array of ingredients, which join together in a special blend that promotes restfulness and calm. First, we start with a healthy, delicious base of coconut & low-glycemic coconut sugar, giving this drink a smooth & subtly sweet character.
Next comes the good stuff: a superfood sleep blend. We start with the Jujube fruit, also known as the red date, which is high in vitamin C and has been used for thousands of years for promoting rest and calming. Next, Polygala, also known as milkworts or snakeroots, works on blunting the edge of the mind’s daily nerves, providing a deep sense of calm. Chamomile, a more well-known herb for rest, also supports sleep and easing tension.
This blend is then super-powered by a powerful serving of CBD (about 60mg per serving — don’t worry, you can make a little less if you’re not trying to instantly knock out!). To finish it off, we spice the drink with an autumnal blend, including cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, vanilla bean. This is added to create warmth in the beverage.
