How to heat: Begin heating from room temperature only. Place heat pack on a clean, dry, microwave safe plate. Allow turntable to rotate freely. Microwave for 1 minute, then give it a shake. Place it back in the microwave and add 30 seconds, then check temperature. Continue adding 30 seconds and checking the temperature until you have reached your desired warmth. Or place it in the freezer for at least 1 hour for a cold pack.
